Title: Director Financial Affairs & Healthcare Administration

Family Health Systems, LLC is seeking a Director of Financial Affairs & Healthcare Administration. Duties include: Proactively advise and educate management on all aspects which financially impact systems operations. Collaborate with different departments and networks to prepare and update long range forecasting. Responsible for financial reports both internal and external; financial policies, procedures and systems; reimbursement strategies, reports and appeals; budgeting systems for both operating and capital budgets; tax returns and tax planning; financial analysis of new programs, acquisitions and business development; patient financial services, including receivables and admissions processes; and disbursements processing. Interpret current financial trends. Develop strategies to increase cash flow. Negotiate contracts with other insurance networks. Work directly with managed care to forecast and model impact of fee for value and risk agreements on financial status. Hire, train, develop and manage staff to ensure group objectives are met.    

Minimum Requirements: MS in Finance or Accounting. 2 years in healthcare industry experience (i) conducting financial analysis, (ii) synthesizing large quantities of complex data into actionable information, (iii) using Quickbooks, and (iv) using SAP to manage financials.
